New deadline: May 8, 2020

Following the publication of the Implementing Regulation of 23 September 2019 establishing standard forms for the publication of notices in the field of public procurement (https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/EN/TXT/?uri=CELEX:32019R1780), the European Commission has launched an online survey on the eForms.

The objective of the survey is to get an overview of the approach towards “e-Forms” in Member States. The survey is targeted, mainly, to public procurement policy makers at national level.

Therefore, it is of utmost importance that the national authorities responsible for the legislative initiatives and specific sectoral policies, such as the decision makers entitled to present the national position, participate in the online survey.

You may find attached the e-Forms Policy Implementation Handbook that provides background information to answer some of the questions.

The online survey will be open until May 8, 2020 .

The results will be gathered automatically by the European Commission and will be made available in Q2 2020.
