The national legal framework in the field of public procurement in Greece is consisted of two main pillars, which codify the applicable legislation, namely:
1) law 4412/2016 "Public Works, Procurement and Services (adaptation to Directives 2014/24 / EU and 2014/25 / EU)"
2) law 4413/2016 "Award and execution of concessions - Transposition of Directive 2014/23 / EU"
The framework is complemented by legal provisions on specific PP issues, incorporated in other laws, as well as a number of presidential decrees/ministerial decisions. The laws and administrative acts related to PP in Greece, can be found at the following link (available only in Greek)
